Q: What is server time?
A: At the moment it's UTC+3.
After opening the server, it's switched to UTC

A:
- Add the game directory to your antivirus exception list
- Start the game from patcher and click Verify button, then once process finishes, check again.
- Redownload/reinstall game client
Still won't open?
- Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package
- Install Microsoft Net Framework 4
- Update your graphic card drivers
Q: Game client crashes after selecting a character
A:
- Click the Verify button in Laucher and try again
- Go to user panel and move your stuck character to safe spot
Q: Error message: "Can't connect server!1"
A: Add the game directory to your antivirus exception list
Q: Server is showed up as offline
A:
- Start the launcher.exe and check if your game is at its latest version. If it's not, let it update and check again
- Restart your router and check again
