COMMUNICATION
External Perfect World (abbreviated as EPW) is a test server and was created to introduce players to the game, all rights belong to the right holder.We offer a fun and safe place to interact with one another across our servers. - Making a drama
- Abuse of upper case
- Creating threads about existing topics
- Abusing the Reported Post feature by sending false alarms or nonsensical messages
- Creating a separate thread about an existing topic for further discussion in more than one forum

- Insulting and/or any other insulting mention of the player's relatives
- Mute for 2 hours

- Refer to violence in any capacity that is not directly related to the game world
- Account ban for 1 day.

- Any mention of other private servers and third-party resources
- Any public discussion or criticism of other private servers
- This also applies to the names of characters or pets, faction names and any other in-game objects.

ACCOUNT
Please note! If you intend to share your account with third parties, the team staff will not be able to help you restore your valuables if they are stolen. This category includes:
- Scam by hacking another player's account
- Scam by impersonating another person and misleading the player
- Account ban for 14 days.
- Permanent ban of all accounts belonging to the player.
More serious and repeated violations will result in greater restrictions.
This category includes:
- Purchase of an account or character valuables for in-game or non-game currency or values, including cash and other methods of payment
- Selling an account or character valuables for in-game or non-game currency or values, including cash and other methods of payment
- Advertising that you are looking for an account or characters to purchase
Selling or buying accounts for any currency is not allowed.
If you break this rule and buy an account, and after a while you will be scammed - then the staff will not help you, because you violated this rule and trusted the scammer.
This rule is created for your safety, and we don't want you to be scammed.
However, you can share your account with other players at your own risk.
But keep in mind that if you stop playing by yourself, we can also regard this as an account selling.
If this happened, and your account was banned, and you can prove that you did not sell your account for real money - write to the employees.
One of these measures will be taken against a player found to have violated this rule:

COMMUNICATION WITH THE STAFF

- An impolite address to an employee
- Contact an employee for no reason
- Interfere with the work of the staff

- Criticism and discussions disciplinary measures taken against a player, including chat logs and email correspondence between a player and a Game Master (GM)
- Creating posts or threads to discuss disciplinary actions taken against a character or account on the forums

- Passing yourself off as a employee to post false information
- Introducing yourself to other players as a friend or relative of the staff

CHEATS AND THIRT-PARTY SOFTWARE
This category includes:
- Using exploits, bugs, or engaging in any activity that grants an unfair advantage
- Inform other players who are not related to the Staff team about bugs or abuses found
- Account ban for 7 to 30 days.
- Permanent ban of all accounts belonging to the player.
More serious and repeated violations will result in greater restrictions.
This category includes:
- Use or distribute unauthorized software programs or tools (such as "auto", "macro", hack or cheat software)
- Posting links to cheats, hacks, etc
- Posting links to malicious viruses / programs, which may cause the player to lose his account
- Account ban for 10 to 60 days.
- Permanent ban of all accounts belonging to the player.

- Any modification of game files to gain unfair advantage over other players
- File switching, which may result in gameplay changes

GAMEPLAY
This category includes:
- Using existing nicknames to discredit their reputation
- Using existing faction names to discredit their reputation
- Use of any obscene, offensive or inappropriate words and symbols in any names, descriptions of factions, and other in-game objects
- Permanent ban of the character.
Unban can be considered only if you agree to change the offending name to another one.

This category includes various violations of service agreements:
- Refusal to pay for a service already provided by another player
- Refusal to provide services after taking payment for the service
- Scam on FB tabs
When submitting a complaint, the player must attach a full screenshot of the game, where the staff will be able to see the arrangements.
This category includes:
- Mentions the name of the items that you do not sell
- Discrepancies in the price of the goods sold (the permissible difference in the price of the goods is 10%)
- Scam by specifying the wrong level of refining when selling the item with refining
- Scam by specifying the wrong level of shards required by the Crazy Stone daily quest
- Account ban for 14 days.
- Permanent ban of the character.
This category includes:
- Attempt to cheat the TW system by declaring fake bids, or bids with no intention of winning
- Account ban for 31 days.
