Unable too properly see npc

Hallo,

i play a tamer and in the main capital when i stand on the main road i can barely see the npc and i am unable to see the npc names unless i get closer, same for mobs, i have all settings maxed out.

this problem does not change even if i change the resolution

Help Please

Have you checked you optimization settings? (the button above your HP/MP status bar)

Also, you can verify your files in the game launcher
Perhaps it might help you

i have done that already, i have verified the files. i have reinstalled and verified. all settings are maxed and yes i still have the problem

This is a normal range of view, it's restricted by the game itself
You can see the NPC model further than his name
But if you want to know his name, just hover over him
