Highrate x10 Suggestions for the Highrate Server

Here are some thoughts of what would make the Highrate Server more attractive to players:
  • Removing Warsoul Weapons from Final Gear, especially if they have Atk. or Def. Level attributes.
  • Making the server's default drop rate x2 (otherwise high lvl players might aswell stay in x1 server)
  • Since exp is x10, making sure that the coins needed to learn or upgrade existing skills isn't too much so players can learn their skills while lvling up fast.
  • The Title System feature is ok I guess but not really necessary.
  • Making the price of high speed Mounts and Flyers more reasonable then the x1 server so people actually atleast consider buying them.

Heya, from testing the beta I can say;

[Warsoul] Crafted Warsoul do not have the +50 attack levels (its displayed on the mold but not on the final gear). There is currently no change to how Warsoul is obtained vs. classic (a lot of chips/ endgame materials, 100 of each fragment etc). so it will not be seen for a very very long time.

[Drop rate] I have reservations with X2 on bosses, I feel it will speed up and water down endgame content and lead to a stale endgame. With levelling being so easy it wont actually be hard for players to level 2-3 alt characters and solo farm instances, reducing the reliance on other people. With all molds available from a new trader for chips and coins I also feel that instance-only gear (such as TT99) wont be the endgame choice for many people, the chip income would be the more important factor to focus on balancing.

[Coin rate] This version has the level-up chests as a reward. At level 50 you get a 1m chest of coins which helped a lot with the skill costs going into the 6X range, this version allows you to skill up anywhere from the skills panel and follows the same costing at classic external (no cost for most skills until level 9-10). Coin drops are increased by X2, and also drops from regular mobs are X2 which results in a lot of coin piles plus DQ sales which will help a lot, it just means the player has to choose between looting and a slower levelling, or not looting and levelling faster. The loot-all boutique item was also said to be added.

[Titles] The title system was actually quite enjoyable to test and I feel it will engage non-casual and min/max players to test out new parts of the game they might of not tested to unlock them, along with adding priority and PvP to certain mobs required to finish some title quests (such as world bosses).

[Boutique] With the level-up chests you receive many free high speed timed fliers which should see most players through until late-end game. Costs of the fliers, pets and overall boutique stuff should be revised accordingly to how populated the server is and its gold donating players, it maybe abit too early to reduce costs until we know.

Warsoul weapons are very hard to obtain. In order to get one weapon, you need 700 Warsoul material in total(Manjusri, Jakari etc)

In this version, you can only get them by trading items for them such as Giant beast shell, Tsu ghost mask etc. and if i'm correct, it is not a 100% chance to craft, it can fail. To get a higher chance to craft it it's better to provide gold mats I believe.

Basically I think R8 is a more accessible goal than Warsoul weapons.

So, after my first post and testing the high server, here are my final thoughts:
- I still believe that G16 Weapons (Warsoul) should not be in the game even if they are very hard to obtain.
- Molds at Mold Trader could use some sorting out.
- Bidding Hall is a pay to win feature so make sure the playerbase is ok with it.

I do not think that x2 would water down end game content and lead to a stale endgame. I think people will be more motivated to do move TT runs in order to get higher socket gear, otherwise they will just craft 1 time and wont bother trying again (like most, if not all people do on x1 server when having their TT99 crafted) regardless of if they are farming with friends or solo. And even if there are some great molds available, TT99 is still very much going be the end game equipment for most of the players (or atleast until they can chip lunar).
Even worse, players could just stick with mold gear since every mold is available until they can chip Lunar. Now this is my definition of a watered down and stale (end)game.

I actually think some of the chippable molds are better then TT99 for certain classes/ builds and don't forget OHT 95 helm and boots should also exist in this version.

I do not agree with some changes that have been implemented.

-The NPC that manages all the molds of the game are very accessible and prevent people from going to other instances such as TT and Frost.

-The NPC Supplier Lu Yu, although it is of great help, facilitates some that reduce trade such as selling Perfec Stone, Genie's food will be essential throughout the server to facilitate its obtaining only reduces the traffic of gold between the players and the trade .

-Selling the Manufacturing Mats Mats I, Mats II, Herbs makes it easier to obtain the manufacturing mainly to players who can give donations, when testing the Beta I realized that it is easier to obtain these materials thanks to the DROP X2 and MINING X2. that can incentivize higher PVP and economy on the server which will keep players busy without having to give them ready in the Boutique.

What is the possibility that they allow:

-Trophy Mode
-Tigers event not including lunar rings 95
-Invasion event on weekends
-Entrance to Lunar Valley free Mode Squad
-Lunar Robe: Glowing Lunar Mantle and Lunar Mantle of Radiance
-Increase the DROP probability of the boss TT 3-3 Armagedon:

-Golden Mask
-Heart of Nature
-Twilinght Scepter

I don't like the molds NPC

Molds Trader takes a lot out of the game, as molds are even more attractive than going to twilight temple to get equipment

Otherwise this is something good, although x10 is somewhat exaggerated it goes up very fast, although that will not change, so no way

The sale of manufacturing materials makes everything much easier and there will not be people farming mats per world, the economy and rivalries per world in the land to obtain the materials worse

I feel that this server is quite good. I've played the low rate server, and I have to say: It's soooo good not to worry about coins. Being able to buy charms, use teleport freely, having some nice speed flys and so on, add to the feeling of playing a high rate server.

PLEASE make nix and herc more affordable. as it stands now, theyre about $200 USD EACH. Thats so ridiculous.
This. 200 euros for a pet doesn't sound very fair in my opinion. My suggestion is that you should either lower the prices a lot OR make Phoenix Feathers and Sources of Force somehow farmable (a daily quest or something).

And low level cause of Nostalgias agressive "we pk anything and everything" attitude, but thats a different task. A permanent x2 Droprate for Gold and Gold would be nice. ppls can make better money and faster and dont have to save and give everything out for Molds or Skills or anything. And make a Vote for Gold function, doesnt have to be much, like vote every 24h for 5gold, new players could so get easily to charms, inv or stash stones ect ect. and dont worry, ppl will keep donating.

This suggestion was already posted in discord and sushi said they'll considere making it permanant 1.5x so we can have 2x on weekends. Nostalgia has nothing to do with the rates of the server.

Very happy with NW reduced map size, but the prizes and/or pool size should be improved. At the moment the rewards are underwhelming. We should be getting at least 200+ tokens per NW on a high rate server. At the moment the tokens are only good for subs - everything else is too expensive unless you save for weeks.

It would be fun to have the treasure hunting daily that came with EG update. Just change some of the spawn locations (or remove them) to exclude newer zones. It could be a good way to earn shards or coins. Especially coins, as they're so hard to come by on the server. It's just too difficult to grind on a high rate imo.

It would be a nice boost for pvp on the server if guardian scrolls would be much cheaper. Atm its at 50silver, which means that every death in pvp costs you 40-50k coins. Thats maybe not much, but its still a barrier for people to just do some pvp for fun, even if outnumbered or under geared. Also pvp is expensive already (Charms, pots, perfect stones). Especially for smaller factions with lower and less geared people its hard to motivate people for pvp if the costs are to high (they want to save the coins to level and gear up).

In my opinion pvp is very important for the server and the lack of it, is one of the main reasons why people leave the server or stop being active. With to high prices to prevent dropping the gear you spend a lot of time to farm, people will just stick to pve to "be ready" for pvp, which shouldn't be the goal of an active pvp server.
