The most important thing is collecting each sign:
To get one of sign, you will need
10 corresponding badges. Any Messenger of the Sages will gladly exchange them for you.

Now, a little more detail about where to get the badges in order to exchange them for signes in the future.

Sign of Strength​
To complete this challenge, you will need to collect
10x Badges of strength. You can get them by exchanging for
Astral Orb (drops from bosses). Messenger of the Sages can help you with exchange.

Sign of Speed​
To complete this challange, you will need to collect
10x Badges of speed. Visit the Snake Island Race and get these badges as a reward. Entrance to the races is carried out through the Wolf Cub. Snake Island Race Event [clickable]

Sign of Wisdom​
To complete this challange, you will need to collect
10x Badges of wisdom.
You can only get them for completing Dragon Quests.

Performing DQ, you will receive a reward in the form of Dragon Orders:
Copper Dragon Order
Silver Dragon Order
Gold Dragon Order
Copper and Silver are exchanged for a sign of wisdom at the rate of 5 to 1, respectively, while Gold have rate 1 to 1.
Any of NPC Dragon Herald will help you make an exchange.

Sign of Courage​
To complete this challange, you will need to collect
10x Badges of courage. Obtained only in the City of Abominations:
You can get it by exchange for
Astral Orbs.

Sign of Endurance​
To complete this challange, you will need to collect
10x Badges of endurance. You can only get it from the Dragon Temple event by digging out the Temple of the Dragon Treasure.

Sign of Dexterity​
To complete this challange, you will need to collect
10x Badges of dexterity. You can only get it from the Cube Crate or from the Treasure Box of the Jungle Ruins event. Jungle Ruins Event [clickable]

Sign of Bravery​
It's the most difficult one challenge. To complete this challenge, you will need to collect
10x Badges of bravery, that drops from the bosses of Archosaur Invasion. Also you can get it by exchange for
Astral Orb of CoA event.
