Hello, I'd like to know if this version of the qame will be PvP-forced after level 30, or if it will remain optional (meaning you can keep playing a blue-named character for as long as you want after level 30)?
Also, any idea if the official launch date is still in 2019?

Nope, there will be no button.
After getting level 30 you'll become a white-named player

Also, any idea if the official launch date is still in 2019?

Yea, sure
Open beta-testing in october
Official launch in november +/-.
