if you want the mats in cash shop, do it now, or never bring it up again. there will be some ppl who will achieve crafting skills the hard way and then you decide to sell the mats in cash shop to help those fall behind, it will enrage those ppl who went through hell to get crafting skills. same with veno pets. it takes a long time to lvl veno pets from lvl 1 to 60. if you decide to sell veno pets to lvl 1 venos then those venos who worked hard to lvl their pets won't be happy. i hope you guys know what you are doing. with less than 100 ppl, it is already hard enough to run fb/bh, now you make it even harder.

There's a level requirement to "tame" the pet, not buy it. So if it's 70, once you hit that you can tame the Herc/Nix without an issue.
Mats are not in boutique at the moment but if they think about adding it later, they will most likely give us a heads up, like the lvl 79/100 skills.
