"Name or server address could not be solved"

So, I installed the game yesterday and I couldn't play because when I open the launcher, it shows the error "The name or server address could not be solved"
I've already disabled the firewall and tested, didn't work. My Windows Defender also don't quarantined any archive.

Have you tried disabling it completely? And do you have other antiviruses on your computer?
I also recommended that you try using a VPN, it didn't help?

Yes, I tried to disable completely and still nothing. I don't have any other antivirus on my computer and now I'll try to use the VPN (i've forgot)

It worked! Actually I didn't need to use the VPN. My brother helped me and we changed our DNS to google's DNS
Then, when I opened the launcher, Windows Defender warned me and I allowed the game. Now it's working! Thanks a lot for your time and patience, Sushi! Wait for me and my brother at the server :p
