Since the event can only take place outside the safe zone, PK is allowed though the GM should be your main priority.
The player that lands the killing/final blow is the winner.
The event will have several rounds.
Rules:
PK is allowed.
Only the person performing the last hit on the GM will be rewarded.
No alts are allowed. One toon per person.
You cannot win more than twice.
