Installing Issues

Hello,

I'm having issues installing the client and am requesting help or advice. The issues is entirely on my end, as my firewall and antimalware are detecting the launcher file as a threat and automatically deleting it during the installation process. Unfortunately, I don't have access to modify my antimalware software. I'm uncertain if this would be a possible solution, but could someone send me the launcher file specifically to manually add it to the folder myself? Would that work? Thank you in advance.

or
InstallDirectory\ExternalPWcom\element\elementclient.exe
InstallDirectory\ExternalPWcom\launcher.exe

It seems that my computer has deleted the file completely, so when I make an attempt to install it, it says it doesn't exist. I believe this is a result of my antimalware deleting it. When I look through my ExternalPWcom folder, all the files are there except launcher.exe.

Your antimalware software probably added the launcher.exe to quarantine (or blacklist), and even if I give you the .exe file, you still need to try to remove it from there.
