Because eventually a lot players will be at 90+ level , for avoid ( from my perspective of course ) flat game play at latest levels with same characters , i suggest and of course waiting pros and cons from your perspective too , everything that is over 90 level except npc gears and weapons , to have random value range and be able re-rolled even the random 1* drops from mobs . Items that needed to be re-roll can be a new daily quest , or special items in boutique or combination of these two . That way , two TT90 chests for example will never be the same , and will never have the same market value . It will help the in-game economy , bring down some differences at prices for the same item and maybe if added a "stone" or a "catalyst" in boutique for a few silvers only , server will be supported for having more in-come too .
