Can not press any buttons in client

Hello, I'm trying to install the game on my laptop. Unlike the desktop, for some reason I can't press any buttons in game. I can't log in because it mouses over the login button and executes the "pressing" animation when I hover it, but nothing happens. I reinstalled the client and tried verifying.
I understand this issue is with my laptop, but I have no idea how to approach it. Any suggestions?

It looks like you are using some of this:
- virtual machines;
- remote access programs;
